Please note that virtual training will occur over seven 2-hour sessions.
Who should attend
Channel Managers (and their bosses) who need to build long-term, strategic growth plans with key Partners and establish routine Quarterly Business Reviews to assess and continue progress of the jointly created plans.
Prerequisites
Sales experience.
Course Objectives
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Recognize revenue growth opportunities of value to the Partner and Vendor
- Judge the capability and potential of Partners
- Distill the decision-making process for investments at a real Partner
- Collaboratively design joint objectives and actions plans that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound
- Prioritize the need for critical resources and develop plans to secure them
- Create a process to routinely measure, review and align long-term collaborative plans, goals and objectives
